IPMR is a member of most major networks and insurance plans.

If you don't see your plan or network listed here, or if you don't see IPMR in your plan's provider directory, please call us at (309) 692-8110.

• We frequently add networks and insurance plans.
• We are willing to investigate joining new plans whenever feasible.

If you have an occupational injury documented as a Workers' Compensation claim in Illinois, you have the right to select where you go for treatment. IPMR physicians, therapists and Return to Work Center staff will help you get back to work as quickly and safely as possible.

We understand not everyone has insurance coverage. We offer payment plans, as well as financial assistance to those who qualify.

If you have questions on specific coverage or reimbursement rates, please check with your insurance carrier. If you are not covered, contact your plan administrator and let them know you'd like IPMR to be one of your options.

Your provider directory may not include us even when we're in your network. Some books list by physician name, some list only one location. We should be under "Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation," but we do see provider directories which don't list us at all, though we are in their provider networks. Just call!

In addition, IPMR has an out-of-network policy. When your preference is IPMR and we are not in your plan, please call us at (309) 692-8110 and we will make every effort to assist you.
