IPMR is a member of most major networks and insurance plans. If you don't see your plan or network listed here, please contact us. We frequently add networks and insurance plans.

If you have an occupational injury documented as a Workers' Compensation claim in Illinois, you have the right to select where you go for treatment. IPMR physicians, therapists and Return to Work Center staff will help you get back to work as quickly and safely as possible.
