TRAFFIC ALERT!  If you are traveling to our outpatient clinic or Return To Work Center on Sheridan Road in Peoria:  You will want to avoid Northmoor Road, as well as Sheridan near the Northmoor intersection, which are under construction with lane closures. An alternative: From Knoxville Avenue (IL Route 40) turn west on Giles Lane. Follow the left curve and Giles turns into Sheridan. One block to IPMR on the right.

 

From north, travel south on IL-40/Knoxville Avenue past Mt. Hawley golf course to the light at Giles Lane. Turn right across the railroad tracks onto Sheridan Road. IPMR is .1 mile ahead on the right, directly across from Bicycle Safety Town.

Approaching from south, go north on N. Knoxville Avenue past Proctor Hospital. Continue to Northmoor Road. Turn Left onto Northmoor. Continue .3 miles to the light at Sheridan Road. Turn right onto Sheridan and go 2 blocks. IPMR is on the left side.
