Local Directions

Take Sheridan Road to the Proctor Hospital entrance between Northmoor Road and Glen Avenue. On the entrance road to Proctor, turn right at the first stop sign. Continue past the parking deck to the parking lot. Enter at Proctor Professional Building II. Take the hall to the left, then a second left to Physical Therapy.

Please note: Most computer maps will take you to the "front" entrance of Proctor, off Knoxville Avenue, rather than the Sheridan Road entrance. If you enter the hospital campus from Knoxville, drive around the loop to the rear of the hospital for the entrance to the Proctor Professional Building II.

If you are already inside the hospital, take the hallway past the lab to the elevators and go one floor down.
