Wellness massage benefits the body in several ways. It can improve surface circulation, reduce tension, help keep muscles pliable and relieve pain. All massages are customized to address problem areas that need special attention.

IPMR’s certified massage therapists offer wellness massage to those who have completed a course of therapy or to anyone who knows the benefits that massage can offer. This includes new moms, individuals with arthritis, fibromyalgia or other medical conditions, or anyone who wants to feel better.

Our three massage therapists have diverse training and specialization, including oncology massage for cancer patients, sports massage for every level of athlete, and pregnancy massage (a specially designed pregnancy massage chair optimizes the comfort and safety of both mom and baby).

Massage Sessions

• 90 Minutes—A full body massage from head to toes, plus special attention on problem areas. $90
• 60 Minutes—A full body massage including a mild stretch to all major muscle groups, customized to your needs. $60
• 30 Minutes—For those who need the kinks worked out. Can include back, neck and shoulders or legs and feet. You decide. $40
