Insurance can be so confusing!  Number of visits allowed, caps, plan exclusions, primary vs. secondary payers...sometimes it takes several phone calls to sort it out. And sometimes the insurance company doesn't get it straight. One person says one thing and another says someting else.

We don't like the complexity of the health system any more than you do - it definitely takes resources that could better be spent elsewhere. We appreciate efforts at every level to make the healthcare system in the U.S. easier to understand and to navigate because the current system does not work well for far too many people.
