Referring physicians are kept abreast of the patient's progress through timely correspondence and/or telephone conferences.

IPMR has Board Certified Physiatrists who provide specialized diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological injuries and disease including:

  • Acute and chronic pain

  • Repetitive trauma injuries
  • Brain injury
  • Occupational injuries
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Myofascial pain syndromes
  • Arthritis pain
  • Sports injuries
  • Amputations
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Movement disorders

Additional services

  • Electrodiagnostic studies to evaluate carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, myopathies/neuropathies, etc.
  • Botox® injections to reduce muscle spasticity

Our physicians are available for inpatient consultations at Methodist Medical Center, OSF St. Francis Medical Center, the Greater Peoria Specialty Hospital (LTAC), and Proctor Hospital.

Regular clinics at area hospitals

In addition, regular clinic office days are scheduled at regional hospitals throughout central Illinois, including Graham Hospital in Canton, Kewanee Hospital in Kewanee, Eureka Hospital, St. Margaret's Hospital in Spring Valley/Peru and Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton.

We are accredited.

Outpatient medical rehabilitation services at multiple locations, and occupational rehabilitation services at our Return to Work Center are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
