The IPMR Return to Work Center
The IPMR Return to Work Center facilitates a person’s entry or return to work. We provide services to those with an occupational injury or illness, physical impairment, or disability.

We accept referrals from companies, case managers, rehabilitation nurses or self-referrals. For some services, a physician’s prescription is required. Call (309) 692-8155 for more information. Directions and contact information are listed on our location page.
The IPMR Return to Work facility is located in Peoria. Our staff have degrees and training in areas such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, exercise science, basic and advanced life support, functional assessment training, ergonomics, case management, job analysis, wellness, and fitness leadership. The Center’s rehabilitation professionals include physicians, physical and occupational therapists, occupational health specialists, case managers, and a psychologist.

Return to Work Center services are the only CARF Accedited Comprehensive Occupational Rehabilitation Program in Illinois. We are a member of the Employers' Association, the Workers Compensation Claims Association and the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce.
