We are the first Illinois adult day services program to receive accreditation from CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Wander Guard™ and Name Tags
All of our participants wear an identifying name tag with Senior World and its telephone number on it so they may be recognized as a participant of our program. For those who have a history of wandering or significant confusion, a battery operated Wander Guard Signaling device is placed on their name tag. This device triggers an alarm should they attempt to exit the facility.
Secured Entrance/Exit
Senior World staff monitors all persons entering and leaving the facility. With our electronic key system, no one can enter or leave the premises without a staff member assisting them. Senior World’s courtyard is also secured and monitored.
